US Sibly and the Horowitz report

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham, R-S.C., told Fox News Wednesday that Department of Justice Inspector General Michael Horowitz's report on allegations of a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant abuse during the 2016 election will be released on Dec. 9. https://www.foxnews.com/media/fisa-report-release-date-december-9-2019-graham-says

The cosmic clock ticking, as planets  pursue their motion and form celestial patterns, provides a flavor, a meaning, or a message for each passing minute. Astrologers track and interpret these passing transits using several methods. One such method is the solar return chart.

A Solar Return chart is an astrology chart calculated for the moment when the Sun returns to its exact natal position. It is a powerful technique for examining the themes and issues that will arise during the solar year - the year that runs from birthday to birthday. The return chart can be made for an individual or even a nation. Presented here is the precession corrected US Sibly solar return. As always, configurations that align with the angles ( horizon or meridian) are the ones to focus on. Here we have a powerful T-square in the angles. The Sibly Sun is opposite the Saturn-Pluto-S.Node conjunction in Capricorn.

Among other things Capricorn rules government and those in power. Pluto as the god of the underworld is harsh on evil doers. Its transit through Capricorn is serving to draw back the curtain until the flaws, failings, and destructiveness of the system become so obvious, they can no longer be ignored. Pluto’s stripping away process is programmed to destroy Capricorn’s false walls.

The South-Pluto conjunction provides impetus to discard or retire the antiquated Plutonian expression in the world, which is one of dominance and control over others and over resources, and in the very oligarchies functioning in such a capacity.

So what does this combination mean? Steven Forrest explains:

The South node always suggests karma ripening. Pluto always brings truth to the surface, especially the kinds of realizations that we tend not to welcome. Saturn, as we saw, can also be confrontational: bills come due, hard choices must be made, push comes to shove. It is impossible, in other words, to look at this astrologically without recognizing that both individually and collectively, the karmic chickens are coming home to roost.

Pluto, as Lord of the underworld, always brings shadow material to the surface. As it passes through a sign, the darker dimensions of that sign loom large in the collective experience .Dark Capricorn can be frightening. It invokes the image of the controlling tyrant suppressing truth and murdering enemies, real or perceived. Ultimately, it is not even really about a political ideology. Ultimately it is about fear: the fear of losing control or power, the fear of change, the fear of anything or anyone perceived as alien, and fear of the unknowable future. Add In the South Node. The South node of the Moon, like Pluto, brings wounded material to the surface. The combination of the two symbols suggests that the “boil” of the fear-driven side of conservatism is currently bursting. Everything truly terrifying about it is being laid on the table of collective consciousness.

To check whether the powerful T-square is activated on Dec.9, the date of presentation of the IG report, all we need to progress the solar return chart to this date and voila the T-square aligns perfectly with the angles once again and is thereby triggered. There is no getting away from Pluto’s power to punish corruption.
