Astrology of the California earthquakes

The west coast never stops shaking, but lately the shaking has gone to an entirely new level, and this has many people deeply concerned about what may be coming. As Americans all over the country were celebrating Christmas, the state of California was shaken by 9 significant earthquakes, and farther north the city of Vancouver was rattled by a magnitude 6.3 quake…A series of earthquakes on Christmas Eve and before dawn Christmas morning hit around California, and a much bigger 6.3 quake shook off Vancouver.

It is well understood that the Moon's gravity is the cause of tidal movements in our largest bodies of water. There are also Earth tides, in which the Earth's crust can bulge by up to 55 centimeters due to the forces of gravity from the Moon and Sun - those forces are greatest when the three bodies are in alignment. They are at their greatest alignment during an eclipse.

"I listed every earthquake measuring greater than 6.5 in magnitude since 1973 - which is as far back as the USGS records reliably go - and checked them against every lunar and solar eclipse for the same period," says Bast.

The study found only a slight increase in earthquakes around solar eclipses. But for lunar eclipses - when the Sun and Moon pull on our planet from opposite directions - the odds of a major earthquake are double. https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/lunar-eclipses-and-killer-earthquakes-155643875.html

In his book Mundane or National Astrology , H.S. Green writes:

Earthquakes are found to be associated with eclipses and important planetary conjunctions and oppositions. An eclipse is always liable to cause seismic disturbances where it is visible, especially if it falls very close to the line of horizon i.e. the cusps of the first and seventh houses, or of the meridian i.e. the cusps of the tenth and fourth houses. Of these two lines, that of the meridian is more important; and that of the lower meridian i.e. the cusp of the fourth house is the most important of all. H.S.Green, Mundane or National Astrology

The upcoming lunar eclipse of Jan. 11 falls in the  fourth house opposite Saturn-Pluto and close  to the lower meridian in California.

In his essay The Saturn – Pluto Conjunction, Maurice Fernandez [1] writes:

Angular aspects between Saturn and Pluto are also known to reflect natural disasters, particularly seismic and volcanic activity.

Eclipses are known to become active at New Moons both preceding and following the eclipse. This lunar eclipse has been activated at the New Moon of Dec. 26 which is also a solar eclipse. This then is the astrological reason for the quakes mentioned in the report.

PS:

The most recent eruption of Steamboat Geyser when it broke the eruption record occurred on December 18, 2019. The chart for the Saturn-Pluto lunar eclipse at the co-ordinates of the Geyser has the eclipse aligned perfectly with the meridian. In mythology, Pluto is the lord of the underworld and rules earthquakes, volcanic activity and any other phenomena in which material from the underworld is ejected.

  1. Hmmmm exactly Javed. I was going to ask about the potential added impact of our next eclipse in 2 weeks.
