Young Indians march to spread Gandhi’s ideas

Nothing can stop an idea whose time has come - Victor Hugo

“Generations to come will scarce believe that such a one as this ever in flesh and blood walked upon this earth. (said of Mahatma Gandhi)” ― Albert Einstein

In February 1922, as the Independence movement gathered steam, a group of protestors set a police station on fire in Chauri Chaura, a town near Gorakhpur in Uttar Pradesh. The incident led to 25 deaths, prompting Mahatma Gandhi to the Non-Cooperation Movement as he invoked his principle of non-violence. Ninety-eight years later, on February 2, a group of ten students, activists and journalists set out from Chauri Chaura on a march called the nagrik satyagrah, or citizen’s non-violent resistance. They intended to walk through Uttar Pradesh, visiting schools and markets in villages and towns, before eventually reaching Rajghat, the site in New Delhi where Gandhi was cremated. https://scroll.in/article/953792/meet-the-young-indians-marching-to-spread-gandhis-ideas-in-the-wake-of-citizenship-protests

In this post, I intend to show how the horoscope of Gandhi, long dead and gone, continues to influence events in  India.  If he were alive, Gandhi’s progressed solar arc Sun would be at [11pi] within a degree of a square to his radix Saturn [12sa]. It cannot be a coincidence that Mercury has recently turned retrograde at [11pi]. Mercury retrogrades are known to bring our attention to events and people from the past. But more interesting is the star Sarin which conjoins Gandhi’s radix Saturn. About this star, Nick Fiorenza writes:

Sarin is on the left shoulder of Hercules. In compliment to Kornephoros, his right shoulder, Sarin imparts a sense of strength and responsibility, in this case to aid the underprivileged by helping to open a way for them to move forward when they cannot on their own accord. Ras Algethi and Sarin impart a tendency toward selfless service. They also impart a relentless inner drive to help others claim their freedom from the dominion of others and from acquiescing to false beliefs cast upon them.

Gandhi did just that..and again can it be a coincidence that the young Indians marching to spread his ideas are also doing just that...exactly when the chart of  Gandhi has been activated . It is as if the great man is reaching beyond his grave to inspire India’s youth.

Further, we notice that currently Gandhi’s solar arc progressed Moon [21cp46] is opposite his radix Uranus [21cn41] on the MC. Does that ring a bell? Well it should, the lunar eclipse [20cn] of Jan.11 at Delhi fell not only very significantly on the meridian but is also activating  Gandhi’s Moon-Uranus progression. Uranus is the Great Awakener lending support to the break-down of established patterns or structures that have out-lived their usefulness to replace them with creative new structures. Uranus brings with it a new way of looking at things, and its approach is best met with an expanded consciousness. Moreover, Gandhi’s Uranus [21cn41] is conjunct the stars Castor and Pollux (see image) of Gemini. In a previous post on the astrology of India’s unrest, I wrote:

Sidereal Gemini often depicted as brothers hugging each other has been associated with the brotherhood – sisterhood of mankind. With a club (in Pollux’s left hand) and bow and arrow i(in Castor’s right hand), , the Twins also stand for racial hatred and persecution. The constellation has been found to be active both in instances of religious or racial prejudice as well as in peaceful efforts to bring people together in recognition of their common humanity.

Finally, the news of  the march is coming at the New Moon of February 22 which is conjunct the star Fomalhaut. About this star, Nick Fiorenza writes:

Fomalhaut demarcates the mouth of the fish into which the nourishing Aquarian waters flow. Fomalhaut is also the mouth through which humanity speaks, the voice of humanity. Prominent placements with Fomalhaut impart an impetus to speak for all life and about humanity’s fundamental needs driven from a desire to heal the human condition, which includes animal as well as human rights.

This New Moon and lunar cycle bring emphasis to addressing the needs of the human family without petty and immature judgments that segregate not only people within their own countries but also the entire world and all life within it, which keeps humanity in a perpetual state of conflict. It is about healing the human condition spiritually and physically, problem solving, addressing issues underlying surface symptomatology, and it inspires scientific visionary leadership, academically aware teaching, and philosophical and meditative practices.
