Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor has died in hospital after a two-year battle with
leukemia, his family representative confirmed in a statement. He was 67. Kapoor,
who was diagnosed with cancer in 2018 and returned to India last September
following treatment in New York, passed away peacefully on Thursday morning.

Khan, one of Bollywood’s most beloved stars who had achieved considerable
success in the west, has died aged 53. He had been admitted to the intensive
care unit of Mumbai’s Kokilaben hospital on Tuesday with a colon infection and
on Wednesday morning a statement was released confirming his death. Apr. 30
The world of photographs and movies was born in Neptune's
era. The first still photograph was taken in 1827 and the first movie cameras were invented in the early 1830s-these gave
the appearance of moving pictures. The
world of illusion is Neptunian and thus Neptune has come to be associated with
the glamor world of films and film stars.
Eclipses mark endings and new beginnings. The upcoming
lunar eclipse of June 6, 2020 is prominently placed on the meridian and square
Neptune on the Ascendant at Bombay. Neptune [21pi] is also conjunct the asteroid
Requiem[19pi] linked to cessation and death, so that this eclipse is marking
the death of prominent film stars in Bollywood.
Neptune is escapism in all its guises. Whether it's the
glamour of the movies or the world of drugs and drink, the Neptunian world is
cut off from reality or anesthetized from pain. To seek existence in such a
world is illusory. The movie finishes, the drugs wear off, the hangover brings
sickness, and suffering is even more acute. Thus, the two sides to Neptune are
rapture or despair, delirious happiness versus pain and confusion. Life is
either full of meaning and euphoria or it is pointless.
In a process that is ultimately designed to reveal the
truth, Neptune must first bring us face to face with artificiality, falsehood
and misrepresentation. And only when we truly come to understand him we may
find that he is the revealer of the reality behind it all.
The eclipse Sun is conjunct Venus. But as Venus prepares
to go retrograde, it is now moving over the eclipse Sun, thereby activating it.
However, there is more to the activation than just the death of a few film
stars. Metaphorically speaking, the death of the film stars is indicating the need for the death of
illusions. Among other things, Venus
rules true love whereas Neptune rules the fantasy of ideal love that avoids commitment
to earthly love. Venus retrograde is a time to contemplate what one's deepest,
most personal, needs are as opposed to some fantasy of ideal love. Since retrogrades often bring back the past one
may be recalled to times in the past when emotional pain (Neptune) conspired to
erect a fortress which may have led us
to be elusive in relationships. In current circumstances this behavior might be
quite inappropriate. Ultimately, it will depend upon the degree of
responsibility that one assumes for one's own lovingness and capacity for commitment
that will correct the situation, allowing for necessary changes. Venus retrograde is providing an opportunity for the correction.

In the light of the above post which is essentially about
the destruction of illusions (deceptions?) the news item is an example of the end of one such deception/illusion/falsehood.

The US Sibly has a radix Mercury-Pluto opposition
activated by the current transit of Mercury to radix Pluto. For this
combination Sue Tompkins writes:
