Geophysical disturbances at Last Quarter Moon?

The geography of Indonesia is dominated by volcanoes that are formed due to subduction zones between the Eurasian plate and the Indo-Australian plate. Some of the volcanoes are notable for their eruptions, for instance, Krakatoa for its global effects in 1883, the Lake Toba Caldera for its supervolcanic eruption estimated to have occurred 74,000 years before present which was responsible for six years of volcanic winter, and Mount Tambora for the most violent eruption in recorded history in 1815. Volcanoes in Indonesia are part of the Pacific Ring of Fire. The most active volcanoes are Kelud and Merapi on Java island which have been responsible for thousands of deaths in the region. As of 2012, Indonesia has 127 active volcanoes and about 5 million people active within the danger zones.

Astrologers consider the conjunctions of major planets as sensitive periods when important changes are likely to occur. Planetary geometric configurations occurring now can also cause exceptionally strong geophysical resonances, especially when Moon phases bring these configurations to the horizon or meridian axes. On a personal level, it can produce unexpected incidents leading to transformative changes.

The Last Quarter Moon of April 15 conjoins the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction square to Eris.  This occurs as the Sun moves into sidereal Aries, and as Jupiter moves into sidereal Capricorn, all of which is fuelling  a major transition in our society that was discussed in the last post [1]. Jupiter will tend to magnify and accelerate Pluto's catabolic deconstruction process and perhaps events already occurring.

At Jakarta, Indonesia (including  areas close by) the Last Quarter Moon brings the powerful geometric configuration to the horizon and meridian marking out this area as under geophysical stress with the likelihood of volcanoes becoming active or perhaps  major earthquakes occurring. But let us remember that the Moon phase is worldwide in scope so that other places are also likely to be affected. It is just that South East Asia is one such area in the crosshairs of the violent energy likely to be triggered by the Last Quarter Moon. Violent energy may also manifest in other ways worldwide both on a personal as well as collective level.

Update: 11 April

The eruption was said to be the biggest since December 2018, when an explosion by the volcano triggered a 150-metre-high tsunami that killed four hundred people in Sumatra and devastated a nearby uninhabited island. The Indonesian volcano Krakatoa, also known as Krakatau, erupted on Friday, forcing an ash cloud 14 kilometres into the air, according to Newshub.. https://sptnkne.ws/BZBW
