In 2020, Saturn travels forward to 1 degree of Aquarius, then turns retrograde and travels backwards to 25 degrees of Capricorn, turns direct and travels forward through 1 degree of Aquarius again and beyond. Then it moves into the next patch of degrees, where it will do the same thing in 2021. This means that if you have any planet between 25 degrees of Capricorn (or Libra, Aries and Cancer) and 1 degree of Aquarius, (or Taurus, Leo and Scorpio) you are having a Saturn transit to that planet this year. You’ll feel a transit the most strongly when it’s exact and also during its stations, or pivotal days. So if you have Mercury at 28 degrees of Libra, you’ll feel Saturn’s influence the most strongly when Saturn is passing through 28 degrees of Capricorn, and also on the days it turns retrograde and direct. https://bit.ly/2EHiGmx
The only aspect
repeated for Saturn this year is a series of three squares to Mars. The first
square occurs August 24 with Mars direct and Saturn retrograde, and the second
occurs a month later on September 29 with Mars
retrograde and Saturn having just stationed direct. Stationary
planets are often very powerful, and Saturn takes the cake when it comes to
digging in heels. With Mars being retrograde and also very bright and powerful,
the square of September 29 could easily be one of the most volatile aspects of
the year—as an irresistible force meets a quite literally immovable object. Hopefully, we learned during
Saturn’s retrograde where there are outdated rules, limits, or boundaries, and
with this info we can throw Mars a bone by being willing to discard some of the
Saturn restrictions that are clearly not working.

The following extract from a previous post [1] is a good place to start:
Pluto’s transit through Capricorn is serving to break outmoded and artificial standards, to decimate the hypocrisies of social convention, and of social extremes. It also brings emphasis to address patterns of avoidance or fears to relinquish diminishing modes of living, or fabricating reasons justifying disempowerment and inaction by blaming external conditions. This requires determination and conviction to willingly choose to live authentically and from true heart's passion.
With Saturn stationing to go direct on Sep. 29 followed by Pluto going direct on Oct. 4, great changes are in the air, provided of course we have prepared for it during the retrograde periods of these planets. If in this period we have recognized some facet of our social system that has forced us to behave against our inner grain, the direct stations of these outer planets will bring this to our attention. If we have a history of defiant, Plutonian eruptions against rules and authority, Saturn is now warning us to exert self-control and discipline (e.g. the behavior of the Democratic Party..Antifa etc. in the US as Saturn-Pluto conjoin radix Pluto). On the other hand and this is the more likely scenario, most of us have not been too aggressive with our Plutonian drives. In this case defiance and rage have not been a part of our repertoire in dealing with power and authority, then this Saturn transit allows us the transformative option of bringing more of our Pluto potential into a concrete, workable form (e.g. the farmers’ movement in India against oppressive new rules). We get to manifest some of what has been typically kept under wraps because of hidden fears, internal taboos, shame, intimidation or ignorance of our potential.
