Is the Ukraine on the brink of war (again)?

 

First , the Ukrainian government and parliament have, for all practical purposes, declared the Minsk Agreements as dead. Truth be told, these agreements were stillborn, but as long as everybody pretended that there was still a chance for some kind of negotiated solution, they served as a “war retardant”. Now that this retardant has been removed, the situation becomes far more explosive than before.

Second, it is pretty obvious that the “Biden” administration is a who’s who of all the worst russophobes of the Obama era: Nuland, Psaki, and the rest of them are openly saying that they want to increase the confrontation with Russia.

In the past several blogposts, we have referred to the Moon Wobble creating unstable conditions which  cause subconscious or suppressed material that has been held back  to be released  often creating situations that can best be termed as “accidents”. Here is the chart for the Waning Crescent Moon drawn for Kiev. Notice the Moon Wobble, Sun square the Nodes, aligned with the angles (horizon and meridian).

However, the Moon Wobble alone does not address the question, why Ukraine was susceptible  to the instability it generates. For the answer to that question, take a look at the current solar return chart for Ukraine  [1] which has a very dynamic  square comprising Jup-Sat-Pluto-Mars straddling the horizon.

In my post of Aug.21, 2020 on the Mars retrograde cycle [2], I wrote:

Mars’ upcoming retrograde cycle square to the ongoing Saturn-Pluto conjunction is the big news for the rest of this year.  Mars is the planet of war and when it faces off with Saturn, the planet of  law and order, or with Pluto, the planet of power, it is  likely to heat up the atmosphere and cause intense conflicts.

To  find possible dates when a configuration on the angles in a return chart is likely to create an event, astrologers simply progress the chart to check out when the progressed angles align with that configuration once again. Presented here is the progression to March 10. Notice that the angles have moved almost three quarters of a circle and the configuration is now once again aligned with the horizon. That then is a very specific trigger for the war preparations. The Moon Wobble has simply acted as the “minute” hand of the cosmic clock…certainly not the “hour” which was in this case the solar return chart and its derivatives.
