Neptune: Identifying with the victim

Neptune

A London vigil for murder victim Sarah Everard -- held in defiance of a police order amid the Covid-19 pandemic – turned ugly after large numbers of officers arrived and tried to clear people from the area. https://on.rt.com/b3q8

Neptune represents our need for transcendence and the desire to escape limitations through surrender to an  ideal which quite often turns out to be an illusion. With Neptune you can never be sure what’s going on. However, its real function isn’t to create illusions but to reveal it.

In a previous  post  Sun-Neptune synod: Unveiling of deceptions,[1]  I wrote:

Of all planets Neptune is adept at undermining things from within…If a true reality is to be appreciated and outwardly realized then a false reality must be shown up for what it is. When we truly come to understand Neptune, we may find that he is actually the revealer of reality.

There are no victims. We co-create everything. So recognizing the part  a victim plays in his or her own victimhood is a reality that the Sun-Neptune synod is unveiling.

Since, the Sun-Neptune conjunction  was very significantly placed on the IC at London, we are witnessing the story of a victim.  Hopefully, readers have not forgotten  the story of Meghan Markle (currently going through transit Neptune square its natal place)  and the Royal family -  another story of victim hood that appeared in the press just a few days back.

In related news, major cities on the US West Coast are also  among those seeing riots and protests as demonstrators marked the one-year anniversary of Breonna Taylor’s death in a police raid in Louisville, Kentucky.  Here too Neptune plays an important role through the Last Quarter “Moon Wobble”  mentioned in an earlier post [2].
