Bernie Madoff passing away in prison at 82 serves as a reminder of false belief
systems. You know what got him caught? Not forensic accounting, not regulators,
not investors, not the Fed or the SEC. But the world’s greatest cleansing
process: The tide going out otherwise known as markets going down. His Ponzi
scheme may have never been exposed were it not for markets collapsing and his

Bernie Madoff was a stockbroker, investment advisor, and financier. He was the former non-executive chairman of the NASDAQ stock market, and the admitted operator of a Ponzi scheme that is considered to be the largest financial fraud in U.S. history. Bernie Madoff was born with his radix Sun-Moon-Venus-Uranus and the TNP Kronos / MC in Taurus – the zodiacal sign of the Bull – the symbolic ruler of finance. With his Ascendant in Leo – the sign linked to gambling, stock markets and other risky ventures we can see where he was coming from.
Moreover with Neptune forming a trine to Kronos-MC, it is no surprise that Madoff was an expert/leader/King (Kronos and MC) [1] of a Ponzi scheme (Neptune). But it appears that his luck ran out when Uranus moved into Taurus.
Uranus last transited through Taurus from 1934 through 1942, so those, like Bernie Madoff, born during that time are experiencing their Uranus return. As Uranus moves through Taurus from May 15, 2018 through April 26, 2026, we can anticipate massive changes and reform to occur within Taurus's earthly domains. And, of course, since Taurus is linked to money, we will see cataclysmic shifts within the financial sector including the stock market.
But why did Madoff die? Notice that the directed Sun [28cn] has reached a conjunction to Pluto [27cn]. With Pluto now transiting at [26cp] and stationing opposite the combination, a reckoning was due. The final trigger came from the transit Sun [26ar] that completed the moving T-square.
