Every month the Moon returns to the location it was at birth and in astrology this is known as a Lunar Return. The chart of a Lunar Return can be read as a forecast of the month ahead (i.e. the time between the current Lunar Return and the next one). Here is Joe Biden’s (20 Nov. 1942; 8:30 am EWT) Lunar Return chart for the month of June. As always planets aligned with the angles are the ones to focus on. Notice a very prominent Mars-Pluto opposition is aligned with the meridian.

And here is where things get really interesting. Mars [26cn] is conjunct the star Procyon [26cn], alpha Canis Minor [1]. Its name is Latin for "lesser dog", in contrast to Canis Major, the "greater dog". So there we have it – Mars-Pluto for Biden was the death of a dog!
