Astrology of the Florida bar shooting

A man showing off his new gun to patrons in a Florida bar ended up shooting himself with the weapon instead, according to reports. The unidentified knucklehead was inside O'Riley's Uptown Tavern in Pensacola at 11 p.m. Thursday ( July 22) when he pulled out the gun to show it to a man and a woman at the bar, the Pensacola News Journal reported Friday. The man then made a quick motion to put the gun into an imaginary holster under his shoulder when the gun went off and a bullet struck his torso, the outlet reported. In mundane astrology, the cardinal ingresses of the Sun (entry into the  four cardinal signs/ constellations, i.e. 00 deg of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn ) have a traditional reputation as important mundane events.  Of these the Capricorn ingress chart is considered by many astrologers as the most important. So  impressive are these charts  that their progressions  can mark important events during the year.

Presented here is sidereal Capricorn Ingress chart (often referred to as Capsolar) drawn for  Pensacola, Florida. Notice that a powerful Grand Cross straddles the horizon implying that this chart is very significant for the place. The combination Mars-Saturn-Uranus is easily  linked to accidents (Saturn-Uranus) following some impulsive action or bravado (Mars).

If we now progress the chart to July 22, the date of the news, we find that the same Grand Cross aligns with the meridian and is therefore triggered on that date!

Take a look at the chart for the time of shooting. Not impressive at all. A lesson that we learn through this example is that a chart drawn for an event need not necessarily be very significant simply because it  works like the “second” hand of the cosmic clock. The “hour” hand is always something big like an ingress chart, an eclipse chart, a lunation chart or planetary aspects chart etc.
