A
college professor is facing arson charges for setting fires in the area where
the Dixie Fire is burning. Forty-seven-year-old Gary Stephen Maynard was
arrested on Saturday (Aug.7) following
an investigation that started last month. Maynard is accused of setting the

The Dixie Fire is an active wildfire in Butte, Plumas and Lassen Counties, California. The fire began in the Feather River Canyon near Cresta Dam on July 13, 2021. By July 23, it had become the largest wildfire of the 2021 California fire season; by August 6 it had grown to become the largest single (i.e. non-complex) wildfire in the state's history, and the second largest overall (after the August Complex fire of 2020).
To understand the origins of the fire we begin with the map of the Capsolar (precessed Capricorn ingress of the Sun) drawn for Chico, California [1] – the place where it started. So that was the origin of the fire, how about the arrest? For that we need to look no further than the chart of the current New Moon [16le] forms a T-square with Uranus-Saturn that is aligned with the meridian. Uranus on the MC is conjunct stars of Cepheus who was known by the Romans as “inflammatus” – several major fires have been known to occur under these stars. One expression of Saturn-Uranus is the law (Saturn) catching up with a wayward rebel (Uranus).
