Notice that the Pluto in Capricorn is square the MC. When selfish ambition, power, authority, domination, control, fear, biased judgments, and distorted rationalizations are at the base of the Pluto in Capricorn subconscious drive, the unbridled momentum of its enforcement agenda can cut a path of great destructiveness and ignite a cataclysmic experience. Collectively and individually, Pluto’s transit through Capricorn compels us to learn a new way of creating our everyday realities. That which can no longer support the evolutionary requirements must be dismantled and discarded.
So with Pluto (obsession with control and manipulation) square TNP Zeus (fuels and energy) aligning with the MC (authorities) it not surprising that leaders obsessing with control issues have created an artificial energy crisis.
