A QUIVER FILLED WITH ARROWS

Five people have been killed and two more injured in Norway after a man used a bow and arrow to attack them. Police first received word of an attack in the town of Kongsberg, south-west of the capital Oslo, at around 18:13 local time (16:13 GMT). One witness told local outlet TV2 she had heard a commotion and seen a woman taking cover, then a "man standing on the corner with arrows in a quiver on his shoulder and a bow in his hand", according to AFP news agency. Charts for the phases of the Moon are among the most reliable indicators of events on earth. This is especially so at places where they align with the horizon or meridian. The current New Moon of Oct.6 was conjunct  aggressive Mars and fell on the MC at Oslo at [13li].  It was placed amid the stars of the Virgin. About this area, Diana Rosenberg writes:

…some are tremendously troubled, turbulent, bullying, domineering and manipulative; longing for the Virgin’s purity they become self-righteous “holier-than-thou” zealots, fearing God’s displeasure, persecuting those who, in their eyes, do not adhere to their ideas of morality and high standards. ..(they may) have trouble with the law …(following) explosions of fanatic, vicious, intolerance, cruelty and brutality.

Progressing the New Moon chart to Oct. 13, the date of the incident, brings the Zeus-Pluto square to an alignment with the MC, with transit Moon moving over Pluto.   Martha Wescott delineates Zeus-Pluto as “events connected with weapons”.

But here is the big surprise! Notice that the degree on the progressed descendant is [8ge02] for which the Sabian symbol is:

Regular readers will be aware that eclipses are active at least three months prior to their actual occurrence in which period they can be triggered by lunations and transits.  Here is the chart for the upcoming solar eclipse of Dec. 4 activated by the Oct. 13 First Quarter Moon [ Sun 20li – Moon 20cp] falling on the eclipse chart Zeus-Pluto aligned with the meridian. And here too the descendant degree is once again [8ge13]!

Not convinced that Zeus-Pluto is indeed the culprit? Take a look at the event chart (Oct.13; 16:13 GMT). Zeus-Pluto is aligned with the horizon with the First Quarter Moon triggering  the two. Moreover Pluto [24 cp] here and in all other charts is conjunct  stars in the constellation Indus  – depicted as an Indian carrying arrows!!
