MOSCOW/KYIV, Feb 17 (Reuters) - Shelling in Ukraine on Thursday renewed Western fears of an imminent Russian invasion as U.S. President Joe Biden said Moscow is preparing a pretext to justify a possible attack and the Kremlin expelled an American diplomat.

The Full Moon on February 16 is in Leo, the Lion conjunct the star Regulus. The Lion is an aggressive predator and Regulus has been linked to inflation and hubris and the desire for revenge. The Full Moon forms a Grand Cross with the nodal axis - a phenomena known as Moon Wobble. In the past several blogposts, we have referred to the Moon Wobble creating unstable conditions which cause subconscious or suppressed material that has been held back to be released often creating upheavals.
But more significantly, the Full Moon activates with November 19, 2021 lunar eclipse that fell on the meridian at Donestk. This can be seen in the bi-wheel below.
Recall that the lunar eclipse was conjunct the star Algol, beta Perseus, Medusa’s head associated with “terror, violence, mass murder, war (especially attacks), acts of intolerance” (Diana Rosenberg).

The February 16th Full Moon at 27° Leo is conjunct Vladimir Putin's true Lilith (also 27° Leo) not far from his natal Pluto conjunct MC. A man who wants to become Russia's Last Tsar (Leo). Lilith in Leo can certainly seen as the dark lion.
