It’s hard not to feel sorry for Volodymyr Zelensky. He’s the talented comedian who got himself elected president of the Ukraine. But there are enough voices out there which call what happened in Ukraine back then as a U.S.-backed coup d’etat and Zelensky as the new useful idiot of the west. Zelensky is a near-useless person masquerading as a political hero who had lost a colossus of political capital in recent months when he went back on his election promise to implement the Minsk agreement in order to seek peace with the Donbass.
But what about the promises of support from the West towards the Zelensky government? Isn’t that an act of cruelty in itself? To promise to help, but in reality only offer token support of relatively small amounts of cash and military hardware?
In this post we analyze the horoscope of the Ukraine President, to see see how his own weakness and unwillingness to live up to promises made to his electorate to work for peace with Russia actually drew the outer circumstances which he now blames others.

Arachne/Neptune
Have you ever read (or seen on one of those National Geographic specials) how dolphins or turtles get caught in those huge tuna or shrimp nets? In some ways, that's a great metaphor for some of the events you'll be aware of. People can get trapped because: they were too trusting, naive, unsuspecting, susceptible, lonely, dependent or too accepting of what others do. They can also get roped in because: they didn't see it coming, others were deceptive and there were a host of pretenses that made "the net" all but impossible to detect. This is kinda' like walking into a fallen spider web in the dark; hey, who knew it was there?
Neptune/Zeus
Because of the interaction of two rather contradictory energies this year, I think you're gonna' see a whole circus of effects. Among them:
* Times when people are too passive or disorganized to maintain focus or accomplish much.
* Moments when anger is born of victimization, weakness, the realization of dependency or an abuse of trust.
* There's a combination here of "fire and smoke" and when you don't notice literal translations of that, expect awareness of rather "smoldering" feelings and attitudes. You may be tuned to victims of fires or those who are at the mercy of a military action--especially one that occurs in the dark or is accompanied by chaos.
* But watch for instances where folks use "victim" status to incite others (or to issue a "call to arms") and for situations or feelings when a person isn't realistic about goals or feels a need to take sensitivities into consideration as they plan for the future.
* You will need, on occasion, to "give yourself a break"--to make room for the fact that either you're depending on others to accomplish things or that you don't feel quite "together" enough to stay organized or focussed--ie., there are gonna' be those days when you and others find that your "get up and go" done got up and went!
Arachne/Sappho
Feeling implicated or "roped in" BY A FRIEND ..some events will feature dishonesties either between friends or in the name of friendship...and people can kid themselves about who their friends are.
Please re-read the quotation from Jung above. Remember that we are looking at Zelensky’s chart which symbolizes the issues he needs to solve. If he had lived up to the promises he had made to his electorate he would not be in the unenviable position that he finds himself now.
