Aries the Ram butting Cassiopeia
The labor-organizing bug has clearly caught on in NYC - from the Amazon warehouse employees who package and ship products to the doormen who receive the packages on the other end of the "last mile" and deliver them to their well-heeled residents One week after workers at an Amazon facility on Staten Island succeeded in their vote to unionize (a vote that the company is now trying to contest), a group of doormen for Manhattan's elite buildings are driving a hard bargain, and threatening to go on strike if their demands aren't met, in their latest round of contract negotiations, according to a report from WSJ. https://www.zerohedge.com/economics/nyc-doormen-threaten-first-strike-30-years
We are now close enough to the upcoming solar eclipse of April 30 for it to begin manifesting itself in world events. Here is the chart of the eclipse drawn for New York. The eclipse is placed among the stars of Aries, the butting Ram and the proud and arrogant Queen Cassiopeia. The theme of these stars is an endless struggle - this side vs that side created by living a mode of being where we cling to our righteous attitudes. The eclipse is conjunct Uranus, increasing the chances of a rebellion against authority. Moreover it makes a hard aspect to Neptune in the 6th house. H.S green in his book on Mundane Astrology interprets this as:
Neptune in 6th house:
Discontent among employees; trouble between master and man; strikes are threatened; the affairs of trade unions cause trouble.
The general theme does resonate with the news story. This becomes clearer if we look at Uranian midpoints of the eclipse. Here the eclipse is conjunct the Mars/Hades and Mars/Kronos midpoints. Combining Hades-Kronos-Mars, we have:
Hades/Kronos: To recognize a polarization between labor and management.
Mars/Kronos: To see anger directed at the management.
