Ukraine and the Sibly Pluto return

Using astrocartography (or relocation charts) we can find where on the globe, planets inolved in current directions are on the angles. Those places can become critically important in issues that we face. This is more true for a national chart rather than an individual’s. For example, the US national chart, the Sibly, is going through its Pluto return. And don't forget that the current Full Moon of April 16 has just activated the US Pluto.

Here is the US Sibly drawn for Moscow, Russia. Notice that the Sibly Pluto is very significantly placed on the MC! In other words, Russia is sort of cosmically chosen to be one country that is likely to teach the US the lessons of its Pluto return. What are those lessons?

Even if you are not a huge believer in astrology, the U.S’s 2022 Pluto return is something I encourage you to take notice of because it could finally mean that the U.S. gets knocked off its “impenetrable” high horse. Maybe America will finally be humbled and face the consequences of the harmful actions ... So, what does the U.S. having a Pluto Return actually mean?

When a country experiences a Pluto Return, it can lead to critical transformations and some countries don’t survive it. According to astrologer Ray Grasse, the Roman Empire fell after its second Pluto return but Great Britain's second return led to a new era of development and prosperity with the reign of Queen Elizabeth. Unfortunately, this kickstarted Britain's slave trade which was subsequentially disbanded only after their third Pluto return. “In the chart of a person or nation, Pluto is never just the destroyer. Power is unlocked, abused, taken and ultimately, relinquished.” https://bit.ly/3jRC0yA

Since the Sibly Pluto [2nd house] is square Hades [11th house], the Pluto return is obviously triggering this combination.

Hades/Pluto

to see changes that are not for the better but that bring a decline; decline through compulsive-obsessive behavior; control needs [e.g. the US trying to control its allies (Hades in 11th ) as well events in Ukraine] and psychological complexity can cause situations (and people) to "take a nose dive" (enter a difficult period). With Pluto in the 2nd house one may try to control others through financial means (sanctions) and with Pluto’s boomerang effect that inevitably follows one may find that one has destroyed one’s own financial credibility.

Taking a digression how about we check how the US Sibly progressed Sun is interacting with Ukraine President Zelensky’s chart.

Sibly prog. Sun --> Circe-Zeus-Neptune (Zelensky radix)

Here is Martha Wescott’s delineation:

Neptune/Zeus

Because of the interaction of two rather contradictory energies this year, I think you're gonna' see a whole circus of effects. Among them:

* Times when people are too passive, lethargic or disorganized to maintain focus or accomplish much.

* Moments when anger is born of victimization, weakness, the realization of dependency or an abuse of trust.

* There's a combination here of "fire and smoke" and when you don't notice literal translations of that, expect awareness of rather "smoldering" feelings and attitudes. You may be tuned to victims of fires or those who are at the mercy of a military action--especially one that occurs in the dark or is accompanied by chaos.

* But watch for instances where folks use "victim" status to incite others (or to issue a "call to arms") and for situations or feelings when a person isn't realistic about goals or feels a need to take sensitivities into consideration as they plan for the future.

And to this list, let me add one of own. If Zeus rules the military and Neptune is drugs, it may surprise readers to know that many Ukraine soldiers are on drugs!
