The US-led West’s Golden Billion and their proxies in Kiev have all scoffed at Russia’s dire warning shared at the highest levels of newly restored world power’s military–diplomatic leadership over the past few days that a dirty bomb false flag provocation is being plotted against it. According to this New Cold War bloc, it’s actually Moscow that’s supposedly orchestrating all of this behind the scenes in order to invent the pretext for escalating its special operation in that crumbling former Soviet Republic...The very fact that Russia’s warning about Kiev’s false flag dirty bomb provocation is so credible speaks to just how ideologically radical the US’ ruling Democrat elite have become that they’re seriously countenancing this scenario in order to cling to power ahead of the midterms and the 2024 elections. Many astrologers regard the horoscope of the leader as the horoscope of the nation during the leader’s tenure. So in order to understand the “dirty bomb” episode we look at Zelensky’s chart. The horoscope of Volodymyr Zelensky, the President of Ukraine has been discussed in previous posts [1][2]. In [2], I wrote:
Zelensky is currently undergoing a personality disintegration. The upcoming Oct 23rd Saturn station [19aq] on his MC may begin a period that marks his downfall.
Transit Mars is preparing to station retrograde on Oct. 30 close to Zelenesky’s Ascendant. Mars is square Neptune so that this combination is influencing his actions in a big way. In the current context of the “dirty bomb” it means war plans or actions (Mars) that are hidden or deceptive (Neptune).
Zelensky’s lunar chart (precession corrected) once again has the Mars-Neptune square straddling the horizon. In addition Saturn square Uranus straddles the meridian.
If Saturn energy is viewed as antagonistic to our Uranian rebelliousness, and this provokes our law-breaking tendencies, there could be trouble. Saturn/Uranus tends to create a pressure cooker kind of tension. Saturn tries to keep the lid on something that is beyond letting off steam - it is capable of blowing up. Uranus does not like to be stifled and will try to do whatever it takes to outsmart Saturn and to escape its clutches. This can result in some pretty desperate acts. But like it or not, dignified Saturn in Aquarius on the MC is in the driver’s seat, steering the transit and is likely to win out in the end. It doesn’t pay to get too crazy about things happening to us at this time, or to destabilize others by our rash actions.
Finally look at how meaningful the Sabian symbol for Saturn on the MC in Zelensky’s lunar return is:

Forest fires may be caused by human recklessness. Most of us have to cope with a sudden and unexpected situations that we must handle well in order to avoid a destructive outcome.
Timely action by Russia and the IAEA has hopefully “quenched” the potential Ukraine “dirty bomb” fire.
