Pluto rules debt and by association interest rates. When as in the Fed horoscope it aspects the TNP Admetus, we have stagnating (frozen) interest rates.
In the last two years the major direction in the Fed chart has been solar arc Saturn completing a Grand Cross with Pluto-MC-Admetus-Sun T-square. Although separating now, this direction is still active and triggered by Jupiter transit over the MC-Admetus. What happens when buoyant and risk taking Jupiter transits over Admetus? Frozen interest rates start moving upwards.
In the mix above, I add the newly discovered centaur Rhiphonos whose radix position in the Fed chart is [2li47] on the IC.
The Sept. 27th New Moon [2li48] fell on the Fed’s IC and Rhiphonos both radix and transiting. In my post New Moon Nudges Us To Make Better Choices [1], I wrote:

Well clearly the Fed is making better choices for the US now! However there is a downside for Europe and other world economies. They are forced to increase interest rates too and that is causing a lot of damage. Can it be a coincidence that the Sabian symbol for the Fed’s radix Sun is:
