Jupiter’s Aries ingress brings new beginning in Iran-Saudi relations

The second iteration of the Baghdad Conference for Cooperation and Partnership will take place on December 20 in Amman, Jordan, according to a report from El-Nashra. At the summit, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Iran, and several more Arab nations are expected to attend. Some Lebanese sources have speculated that Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman will meet on the sidelines of the conference. https://bit.ly/3FH4R3b

Talks between the two Middle East countries have the potential of bringing peace to an area that has been ravaged by war and instability. In a previous post Eclipse pushes Iran-Saudi to resolve differences [1], I looked at the Iran-Saudi Davison Relationship Chart and wrote:

The Nov. 8th total lunar eclipse [16ta] fell right on top of Kronos [17ta] activating the T square. The eclipse Moon is in tight conjunction to Uranus (rebellion and change), but in the sign Taurus which craves security and stability. The emancipatory presence of Uranus is extreme within the eclipse. It can shake us free from where we have been stuck.

With the South Node in Scorpio, it will be important to make space for reflection and contemplation of the past patterns and dynamics that have led to present circumstances - mostly prejudice, hate and other such issues that have kept us trapped in the past.

With Saturn now preparing to go over the DRC Ascendant and into the first house, the two countries face the possibility presenting a new image of their partnership to the world.

And the Sabian symbol for Kronos [17ta12] appears to suggest what is required:

Taurus 18 (17°- 18°): A woman holding a bag out of a window

EMPTYING THE MIND

Distortions of thought, belief and habit purified through open-mindedness

A mind that is conditioned to make judgements about right and wrong creates a prideful ego that limits the soul's evolution. It must become open and then cleansed of bigotry and prejudice.

With Jupiter’s entry into Aries on Dec. 20 we can see how a new chapter in Iran-Saudi is potentially awaiting to unfold. How can we say that? Well take a look at the chart for Jupiter’s Aries ingress drawn for the midpoint between Riyadh and Tehran. Jupiter is significantly placed on the MC with Neptune ..with both forming a square to the Sun at the Galactic Centre (GC)...a point that astrologers associate with a major overhaul in our thinking [2].

About the Jupiter-Neptune conjunction in Pisces, Gray Crawford writes:

The transit of Jupiter in Pisces during 2022 will give life to imaginal visions and elevate idealistic inspiration. The mystical and otherworldly Neptune awaits Jupiter underneath the waves of Pisces, promising that Jupiter will expand the dissolution of old forms, bringing about a reshaping and reordering of values, perspectives, and beliefs through a disintegrative process.

With the ongoing tension between Saturn and Uranus, the presence of Jupiter in Pisces will deliver moments of epiphany that cohere greater understanding within our experiences while also planting seeds of revelatory ideas that may blossom in the decade ahead.
