On November 15th, 2022, several of the world’s biggest banks agreed to a shocking new plan – one that could lead to a complete overthrow of the U.S. dollar as we know it. The Federal Reserve System is the central banking system of the United States of America. It was created on December 23, 1913, with the enactment of the Federal Reserve Act, after a series of financial panics (particularly the panic of 1907) led to the desire for central control of the monetary system in order to alleviate financial crises. In a recent post [1] I discussed the current directions in the horoscope of the Federal Reserve.
In the last two years the major direction in the Fed chart has been solar arc Saturn completing a Grand Cross with Pluto-MC-Admetus-Sun T-square. Although separating now, this direction is still active and triggered by Jupiter transit over the MC-Admetus....
On the Fed’s IC is the newly discovered centaur Rhiphonos both radix and transiting...In the Rhiphonos process there is at first a notion of being stuck or an impasse, then an awareness of a farce, dead end or dormant state or wrong turn that was taken earlier in life, followed by a decision to take the leap to another course, another attitude, by means of which a different actuality, life situation and future is created.
Transit Jupiter entering Aries - the sign of new beginnings - forms a square aspect to Pluto. Steven Forrest describes Jupiter-Pluto hard aspects thus:

The upcoming New Moon of Dec.23 at [1cp] falls exactly on the Fed’s radix Sun [1cp] , lord of the 2nd house that rules all money matters, triggering the directions and transits to the T-square. Can it be a coincidence that the Sabian symbol for the New Moon and the Fed’s radix Sun metaphorically describes the destruction of the older dollar.

Creativity and destruction are normally polar opposites, yet we learn that the community we belong to is as much defined by its attitude to war as by its beautiful old churches. We live constantly within a cycle of creation and destruction and we need to come to terms with that.
