Achernar, the Brightest Star on the River of Eridanus
Philadelphia officials warned area residents on Sunday to drink only bottled water "out of caution" following the spill of a latex product along a tributary of the Delaware River. "City of Phila recommends using bottled drinking water from 2PM 3/26/2023 until further notice for all Phila Water Department customers," reads a text message from city officials which was sent to area residents and reported by CNN. "Contaminants have not been found in the system at this time but this is out of caution due to a spill in the Delaware River." https://bit.ly/3LPI8qh
In mundane astrology, the cardinal ingresses of the Sun (entry into the four cardinal signs/ constellations, i.e. 00 deg of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn ) have a traditional reputation as important mundane events. The Sun entered Aries on March 20th so that the chart for the event drawn for Philadelphia becomes important for the city.
Like in any other branch of astrology, the four angles created by the horizon and meridian are of paramount importance. The four important angles on a chart are the Ascendant (cusp of the 1st house) Descendant (cusp of the 7th house), Midheaven (cusp of the 10th house) and IC (cusp of the 4th house). Planets and star constellations aligned with or aspecting these angles always leave their mark on events.
Here we see tropical Virgo [9vi] on the Ascendant. For the stars in this area, Diana Rosenberg has “danger from toxic chemicals”. On the descendant is the Moon [18pi] conjunct the star Achernar of Eridanus, the celestial River. Aratus called Eridanus, “The River of Many Tears”.
