Draco - Dragon of the Sky
Lithuania has already started to speak up about its goals for the Vilnius Summit. “The main ambition is for Ukraine to be the winner of this meeting,” said Prime Minister Ingrida Šimonytė at a conference in the parliament in January. Discussions are also gaining momentum in Brussels. Presented here is the noon chart of NATO. The radix Sun [14ar] is amid stars of the authoritarian King Cepheus, his chained daughter Andromeda and delta Piscium, the cord of the Western Fish. Briefly in the story of the Royal Family, King Cepheus under threat from Poseidon (Neptune) - the lord of the seas - agrees to sacrifice his daughter Andromeda to the sea monster Cetus. What does that mean? The sea or ocean waters represents the unconscious over which King Cepheus has no conscious control (which is why he rules with an iron hand). Can we see the US as King Cepheus and the allies as chained Andromeda. (What parts of ourselves does this symbolize...the tyranny of a rational mind suppressing our instincts/ feelings..ocean water?)
A cord or knot of ribbon ties the two fishes of Pisces together. The horizontal fish swimming westward towards early Pisces symbolizes our desire to return to the past while the eastern fish moving towards Aries represents our desire to free ourselves from the past. The cord is the bond (as in glue) that ties our past with our future. The tension imparts the motive to aspire to become more than we are.
Bootes - the Herdsman
Opposite the Sun is Neptune amid stars of Corvus, Bootis the Herdsman (his hook arm -see image) and Draco, the Dragon. Corvus is the deceitful and malevolent Raven whose stars can combine with those of the Herdsman which supplies the ability to gather followers into a cult (NATO?). The hook arm of the Herdsman symbolizes an element of violence to force a following. In general the stars of Draco, the Dragon are linked to the desire for power and control. More specifically, here is Aldhi’bain, eta Draconis to the Arabs this was one of two hyenas or wolves attacking a baby camel. (NATO’s history of attacking weaker nations like Afghanistan, Iraq and Syria bears this out.)
In Primary Direction (Mundane), Uranus is conjunct the Sun and opposite Neptune triggering the foregoing dynamics. Neptune symbolizes weakness and dependency so that while Uranus provides the impetus to break free from any kind of control, the outcome is never certain since weakness can prevail and NATO members can choose to remain in bondage like chained Andromeda.
The solar eclipse of April 20th [29ar] fell on the TNP Hades [26ar] - North Node [26] and square Jupiter [29cp]. One meaning of this combination is decline (Hades) in group cohesion (Node) follows a period of over optimism and overextension (Jupiter).
Leaders of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization military allied nations will meet in Vilnius for a summit on July 11-13, 2023. At Vilinius, the upcoming lunar eclipse in Scorpio (intensity, hate, war etc) is placed very significantly on the horizon. Being a South Node eclipse, it is particularly potent in terms of its disintegrative and dissolving impact, corresponding with much larger and sweeping tides irrevocably altering our collective landscape. In Scorpio, the eclipse Moon is in her fall. Releasing, purging, detoxifying, decluttering and decomposing of all that Scorpio represents are associated with lunar eclipses aligned with the South Node in Scorpio And that brings us to the North Node Sun in Taurus. Here the evolutionary emphasis lies in the area of calming down and moving towards harmony and peace.
