The Wagner private military company led by Evgeny Prigozhin launched a coup attempt in Russia that began on Friday evening and lasted through Saturday. The armed contractors managed to seize an army headquarters in the southern part of the country. Presented here is the chart of Russia. Radix Pluto [21sc] makes a sharp square to the horizon axis [1st -7th house cusps].
In an individual’s chart a Pluto square to the horizon axis generally implies that the person is skilful in misrepresenting himself and often trapped in a web of lies woven unintentionally sometimes for the highest of reasons, for example a woman who smilingly abides in a sham marriage “for the sake of the kids” - in other words keeping the peace.
Extrapolating from there what might this mean in a national chart where:

The country and its inhabitants as a whole[1]
7th House
Public enemies, ie., enemies to the nation - outlaws and fugitives who are not imprisoned [2]
Do the inhabitants of the nation [1] keep secrets about their unity and live without addressing the danger that “outlaws and fugitives” [2] pose to the nation. This is much like the “sham marriage” of the individual who does not want to "rock the boat".
Now think of what might happen to this unaddressed problem when Uranus [21ta] begins a transit opposite Pluto [21sc] and square the horizon axis. Staying with the “sham unity” is no longer possible. We may see attempts to force change or rupture.
Transit Uranus opposite Russia’s radix Pluto is a long term transit. So what happened today to set it into motion. Well for one thing transit Mars [20le] conjoined Russia’s Ascendant [21le] and triggered the combination. In a strange coincidence it was also conjunct Wagner group chief Evgeny Prigozhin’s radix Uranus [22le]. His birthdata is 1st June 1961 so that he becomes the rebel or the catalyst for the change or rupture. In addition his Sun [10ge] is square Pluto [5vi].
Sun square Pluto natal has an unsettling effect on personal relationships because of your intense nature. Ego conflicts are likely because you like to be in control of situations. When you feel like you are not in control, your level of agitation rises, resulting in others feeling threatened. You will often have these power struggles with other influential people and authority figures. [3]
Currently Saturn [7pi] has just stationed retrograde opposite Pluto [5vi]. As is often the case with a Sun/Pluto hard aspect we may have a history of defiant, Plutonian eruptions against rules and authority, Saturn is now warning us to exert self-control and discipline or face defeat.
According to the latest news coming out of Russia, it appears that Prigozhin has backed down after intervention by the Belarus President.
As always when major events take place there is never just one indicator. We will see how the recent lunar eclipse of May 5 has played an important role in the sudden and fast moving events in Russia. First notice that the eclipse was prominent for Russia as it was placed on the horizon axis at Moscow.
The eclipse Moon in watery Scorpio has been having a dissolving effect on fixed perspectives that have perpetuated problems. The opposition of the Lunar Eclipse with Mercury retrograde and Uranus in Taurus is chaotic and could involve sudden plot twists to negotiate. Yet the tension with Uranus also means that a rebellion could dredge-up material that could lead to valuable insight and creative breakthroughs that dislodge us from stagnant and stuck patterns in need of letting go.
Now let us progress the eclipse chart to the June 24, the date of the Wagner rebellion. Notice that the eclipse axis is now aligned with the meridian and thereby triggered.
