The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is refusing to change its statements against ivermectin, even after a court said it acted outside of its authority when it told people to stop using it to treat COVID-19. The U.S. appeals court said that the FDA's statements, including one telling people to "stop" using ivermectin as a COVID-19 treatment, went beyond the authority conferred on the agency by Congress. “FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers ‘stop’ taking medicine,” U.S. Circuit Judge Don Willett wrote in the Sept. 1 ruling. Sept.16
That the US government and its agencies have gone rogue is illustrated by the FDA news and can be seen clearly in US Sibly solar return (precession corrected) which has the powerful Pluto-Nodes-Mercury-Echeclus Grand Cross straddling the horizon. Pluto is conjunct the centaur Amycus about which Benjamin Adamah writes:
A formidable and unscrupulous striving for power; insatiable urge for power, a tendency to manipulate; power and all the consequences and inconsistencies associated with power.
The centaur Echeclus is conjunct Mercury.
Echeclus: a broken or crumbling power base; holding on to the wrong things.

So we can see the areas where the “unscrupulous striving for power” is showing up. Finally if we progress the return chart to Sep. 16, the date of the news, we can see that the progressed angles once again trigger the radix Grand Cross, confirming its role in the news.
