Astrology of bear attacks in Japan

Japan is seeing the number of people attacked by bears in fiscal 2023 increase at an unprecedented pace, recent government data showed, with people warned of more encounters as the wild animals forage ahead of hibernation in a lean year for nuts. A total of 109 people were hurt, two fatally, between April and September, mostly in the northern part of Japan's main island Honshu, according to the Environment Ministry's data. The figure is the highest for the same period since fiscal 2007 when the government started such monthly statistics. Oct.22

Japan adopted the Meiji Constitution on Feb. 11, 1889. The time is given as 10:30 am or 10:44 am LMT by two different sources. Presented here is a chart drawn for 10:44 am. The Ascendant [17ta] is square Saturn [16le] in the 4th house. In April, Uranus [17ta] was conjunct the Ascendant and after a period of retrogression will go direct at [19ta] in December. During this period it squares the radix Saturn [16le].

Saturn [16le] is conjunct the star Dubhe, alpha Ursa Major - the Great Bear constellation and Diana Rosenberg links this area of stars with “animal attacks”.

Next we look at the chart for the Oct. 29 lunar eclipse at Tokyo. The eclipse Moon [5ta] is angular and conjunct stars for which Diana Rosenberg once again lists “animal attacks”. And the lunar nodes align with the horizon axis square Pluto on the IC.

So why are these unprovoked attack happening in Japan? Most of us suppress our natural urges especially when they violate social norms and this is more true of Japanese society that can be said to have become over-civilized, too reliant on or concerned with the trappings of modern civilization. In the process primal instincts (ruled by Pluto in astrology) have been repressed. Pluto in Capricorn can be likened to a rocky layer holding back the seething magma in a volcano. At some point the magma breaks through and we have a volcanic eruption...(animal attacks?)

For the star Dubhe, Nick Fiorenza writes:

Dubhe, Alpha Ursa Major, embodies the pursuit for a greater vision beyond the accepted political-religious dogmas of the human world that keep humanity in darkness and delusion; and against the controlling forces perpetuating that dogmatic rule. Dubhe asks us to emerge from the collective and our own personal dogmas (our belief structures) and our limiting life patterns that keep us bound in life scenarios that are less than those we truly want.
