It has long been the custom in mundane astrology to consider maps drawn for the time of the entry of the Sun into the cardinal signs: Aries, Cancer,Libra and Capricorn. It was Carter who suggested that if the sidereal zodiac were valid, maps for the entry of the Sun into the constellations of Aries,Cancer,Libra and Capricorn would be of importance.

We can see that a Mars-Saturn conjunction is on the 7th cusp. This is a combination that traditional astrology links with war.
Moreover on the Ascendant opposite Mars-Saturn is the star Mizar. Zeta (ζ) Ursa Major, Mizar, is a double star, possibly binary, brilliant white and pale emerald on the Tail of the Great Bear.

That much is easy to see and matches the news of Iran’s attack on Israel yesterday and the possibility of a wider war in a tit for tat reaction. But what holds out some hope are the TNOs.

An astrological chart is much like the Schrodinger wave function [1] in quantum mechanics, which contains all future possibilities of a physical system. A wave function collapse is then a phenomenon in which a wave function, initially in a superposition of several possibilities, appears to reduce to a single event after interaction with an observer. The event that takes place is determined primarily by the level of consciousness of the observer.
In much the same way, in astrology any combination of planets manifests as an event that is determined by the consciousness of the individual. For example in the current context, the Mars-Saturn conjunction on the Aries ingress descendant can simply be all out war but if there are people who rise up and give shape to the essence of the two TNOs mentioned above, the possibility of averting war becomes very real. The interaction of the observer with the “wave function” of star images so to speak is what gives rise to an event.
