One person was dead in Switzerland on Sunday after severe storms hit the south of the country, causing flooding and a landslide. Three people initially went missing in the landslide, but police later announced that the body of one was found. The search for the other two remained ongoing. The solar eclipse of April 8 fell very significantly on the descendant at Graubünden implying that its effect would be felt strongly at the place. On the IC which is connected to the weather, is Pluto [1aq58]. This makes the eclipse in a paran aspect with Puto. The Sabian symbol for Pluto is:
PHASE 302 (AQUARIUS 2°): AN UNEXPECTED THUNDERSTORM.
The symbol itself — "An unexpected thunderstorm" — could be given a very positive meaning in an arid environment, but the emphasis on "unexpected" tends to accent the sudden and dangerous character of the event. Such a thunderstorm in a region of dry hills can cause a devastating flood. At any rate, it refers to an event for which one is not prepared — a menace to men's works.
Progressing the eclipse chart to Sunday, June 23 brings the eclipse to the IC thereby triggering its effect.
