Readers will recall that on Sept. 13, President Joe Biden and British Prime Minister Keir Starmer met at the White House to address the urgent question of granting Ukraine permission to use Western-made weapons to strike deeper inside Russia [1]
Subsequently we learnt that “the Pentagon has taken over, essentially, diplomacy as well as any action, militarily speaking, with regard to both theaters of war,” meaning Ukraine and Israel. and forced the President to back down” [2]
Starmer knows that if Donald Trump should return to the White House and decide to bring the Russia-Ukraine conflict to a close, as he has hinted, the UK would likely have to follow suit. This is the reason behind why UK is turning to Trump [3].
As astrologers we often discover that directions in the charts of nations often match closely those of the leader. The chart of United Kingdom [Jan 1; 1801; 0:00 LMT; London] currently has directed Sun [19le] square radix Neptune [18sc] (which is in square aspect to Saturn [23le]). In other words the directed Sun is triggering the radix Saturn-Neptune whose essential message “wake up from your delusions”.
Keith Starmer (b. 2 Sep 1962) [4] has directed Sun [10sc] conjunct radix Neptune [11sc] - apex of a T square with Saturn [6aq] - Nodes [9le-9aq]..so much the same message.

Pluto/Neptune
Pluto is "the" planet that goes for power and control (among other things.) Neptune can manifest vulnerability or frailty. When they get in the same room, a Plutonian person can “take control" because another is...weak. That might be wonderful; if you're feeling not up to handling things and someone else takes charge--great. But you'll also see the other side of this--the strong person may force the weak to go along with his agenda. Pluto likes to shove people up against walls; he tends at those times to make them feel alone (and to believe that no one will or can help them).
Neptune/Pandora
Sometimes people indulge in fantasies (or white lies or out 'n' out deceptions.) BUT...with Pandora they're gonna' get MORE THAN THEY BARGAINED FOR in the process. It's as though they aren't paying attention and then OPPS happens, or they're basically trying to "get over on" somebody and WHOOPS, more happens than they were prepared to deal with. Folks can kid themselves about something...and then be surprised at what the reality is. Likewise, periods of illness, weakness or dependency can have the effect of being a vehicle that takes a person down a path they would have not tried. Do expect though a number of instances where a person is "taken down the pike" because they just didn't think of the future implications of their actions. I do think some of the "unexpected developments" will bring disappointments.. .it's as though you and others are "surprised" to find that things are not or do not develop as hoped.
Neptune/Toro
I think you'll see people "fake" a strength or toughness they don't have. And, for some people, any sign of weakness turns them into a storm trooper. As the contributing energies mingle, they'll also produce events where people are deceived about the strength they or another person has.
