After days of mounting skepticism and pointed questions ricocheting across social media, alternative new sites and here at ZeroHedge, CNN now says the "rescued" man was actually a regime intelligence officer, and there are reports that he himself perpetrated crimes against civilians. The Cable News Network was launched at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on June 1, 1980 at Georgia, Atlanta. A chart drawn for this data can be considered the horoscope of CNN. On 12-13 Dec transit Sun [21sa] was conjunct radix Neptune [21sa] and square Saturn [20vi].

With its link to deception and delusions, Neptune is connected to “mirages” or appearances that belie reality. A Saturn-Neptune combination is about knowing the difference between fact and fiction. At worst, under the influence of this square those already committed to veiling the truth will be spreading even more stories intended to distract, and manipulate others. At best, this square could end the denial of reality.
The Vibe Shift I’m talking about is the speaking of previously unspeakable truths, the noticing of previously suppressed facts. I’m talking about the give you feel when the walls of Propaganda and Bureaucracy start to move as you push; the very visible dust kicked up in the air as Experts and Fact Checkers scramble to hold on to decaying institutions; the cautious but electric rush of energy when dictatorial edifices designed to stifle innovation, enterprise, and thought are exposed or toppled.
Fundamentally, the Vibe Shift is a return to—a championing of—Reality, a rejection of the bureaucratic, the cowardly, the guilt-driven; a return to greatness, courage, and joyous ambition... The Vibe Shift is spurning the fake and therapeutic and reclaiming the authentic and concrete.
Finally here is CNN’s current lunar return chart (precession corrected). Notice the Neptune - South Node opposition aligned very significantly with the horizon.
Neptune represents our dream (delusions?) ...... The South Node is the spot in the heavens that shows us our connection to the past, and points out the need to let go. When Neptune opposes the South Node, the bottom falls out of any dream or utopian idealism as soon as reality hits. It indicates death and rebirth. In this case, it’s the death of Neptune’s old dream; and one has to come up with a whole new dream now.
Of all planets Neptune is adept at undermining things from within. In the material world he causes things to decay. And on the spiritual level he will eat away at everything we believe in by discrediting and casting doubt on all that we hold to be true and sacred. But Neptune cannot undermine if he did not at the same time hold before us some ideal to be contrasted with its faulty reality. If a true reality is to be appreciated and outwardly realized then a false reality must be shown up for what it is. When we truly come to understand Neptune, we may find that he is actually the revealer of reality. [2]
