The British government has announced “the largest ever cash boost” to tackle soaring destitution in England, which Minister for Homelessness Rushanara Ali has admitted is “the worst housing crisis in living memory.” Earlier this month, housing charity Shelter reported that homelessness had risen by 14% in a year, with at least 354,000 people homeless in England, including 161,500 children.

There are 3.5 million households in England living in a home that fails to meet the Decent Homes Standard. 2.3 million households are living in a home with at least one Category 1 hazard and 935,000 households are living in a home with damp problems.
A national chart is a treasure house of information. Major transits/progressions to the chart elements can explain events in a way that would be surprising to the lay public. Presented here is a bi-wheel (a) Inner wheel is the radix UK chart (b) Outer wheel is the solar arc directed elements Cupido and Hades.
Notice that the solar arc progressed Cupido-Hades square now straddles the horizon axis and has therefore acquired significance. Martha Wescott tells us that the TNP Cupido is linked to “houses” and Hades to the “poor and underprivileged” so that the combination refers to “housing of the poor and disenfranchised” [1]
