Starting July 1, Delhi has enforced a strict ban on refueling older vehicles as part of a broader effort to reduce air pollution, according to the Economic Times. Under the new rule, petrol vehicles older than 15 years and diesel vehicles over 10 years are prohibited from buying fuel at any petrol pump in the capital. This measure is aimed at removing End-of-Life Vehicles (ELVs) from circulation, which are considered major contributors to Delhi’s worsening air quality.

Eclipses that fall on the horizon or meridian are extremely powerful and their effects can be felt several months after they have occurred. The March 14, total lunar eclipse at Delhi fell on the meridian. At this blogsite we have listed several incidents in India connected to this eclipse [1][2].
But more relevant to the news here, I refer readers to an earlier post [3] where automobile emissins were linked to a solar eclipse fell amid the same set of stars as the current lunar eclipse.
“The eclipse [20vi] is conjunct the star Denebola [22vi]. About this area Nick Fiorenza [5] adds:
Zosma, Chort and Denebola are a triangle of stars that form the hind of the Lion. This area of late Leo is of foul breezes and smoke screens”.
In the eclipse chart at Delhi also notice that the Hades-Kronos-Mercury square is angular:
Hades-Kronos: to note disgust with the government, legislators or the leadership and the rules they enforce; to see incidents where laws or authoritative action “just make things worse”.
and in another interpretation if we combine that with Mercury (cars) we have rules (Kronos) about old (Hades) cars (Mercury)

And finally do notice that the TNP Zeus (fuels) makes a quincunx aspect to Saturn (laws/prohibition) on the MC, which explains why the government is banning old vehicles from receiving fuel at gas stations.
Officials claim the step is necessary for public health and environmental sustainability. However, the policy has drawn criticism from residents and vehicle owners, who argue that the infrastructure and public alternatives are not yet sufficient to support such a drastic move.
