NATO Lie Meets Orcus - God Of Broken Oaths

 

The "Not One Inch Eastward" Assurance: The phrase "not one inch eastward" refers to an informal verbal assurance on 9 Feb 1990, given during negotiations on German reunification in the lead-up to the end of the Cold War. Since NATO is essentially the US, the Russian leaders were only right in believing that NATO would not expand eastwards.

Orcus demands accountability for broken promises, It may expose where you’ve failed to honor your “soul oath” or where others have betrayed your trust, triggering a need for justice or correction. 

Aphidas’ name means "not sparing," evoking ruthless consequences for unchecked impulses, yet also the irony of punishment when defenseless. It highlights "sleepwalking" through risks, where past transgressions (e.g., provocation, criminality) catch up unexpectedly.

The opposition may feel like a tug-of-war between fixing (Virgo) and letting go (Pisces), with karmic undertones surfacing through relationships, trust, or spiritual awakenings. 

Under the the “not inch eastward” false promise American foreign policy changed dramatically in the 1990’s, notably under the Democratic administration of Bill Clinton (1993-2001), and even more so under the Republican administration of George W. Bush (2001-2009).
