What is the Wynn Key Return?
The Wynn Key Return chart (also called the Wynn Key Cycle chart or simply Key Cycle) is a specialized predictive technique in Western astrology, developed in the early 20th century by American astrologer Sidney Kimball Bennett (1892–1963), who wrote under the pseudonym "Wynn." It's designed for forecasting events and personal cycles, Wynn created this method after becoming dissatisfied with traditional secondary progressions and primary directions, favoring instead a system based on annual solar returns and transits for more accurate timing of life events. Inserting Planets:Place the transiting planets (current positions on the target date) into these progressed cusps. Optionally, include natal planets from the base chart for context. The result is a hybrid chart: Progressed cusps provide the "frame" (key themes), while transits supply the "action" (events unfolding within those themes).
Interpretation Focus:Rising Planets: Transiting or natal planets approaching the progressed Ascendant indicate incoming opportunities or challenges (e.g., a planet rising toward the Ascendant signals a new phase in personal identity).
Angular Hits: Planets on the progressed Ascendant, Midheaven (MC), Descendant, or IC highlight pivotal moments.
Having understood how a Wynn Key Return is calculated and what it means, here are the Wynn Key Returns for (a) Pelosi [1] (b) Capitol Storming [2] radix charts calculated for October 15, when the reporter asked Pelosi the question that made her angry.
