(b) Exact Time of Blast (Nov 10, 6:52 PM IST) – The "Minute Hand": The Mercury-Mars conjunction now setting (Descendant) acts as a trigger to the ingress chart. In mundane astrology, when a fast-moving conjunction crosses an angle, it often activates latent potential from a prior ingress.
Here, the same Mercury-Mars pair that was on the Ascendant during ingress is now exactly on the Descendant — a textbook angular activation.
Mars (blast, fire) + Mercury (cars, messages, urban movement) setting = explosion in a vehicle in a public area — eerily literal.
