Does India have an answer to Russia’s demography problem?

Migrant Workers

Facing a deficit of up to 3 million workers by 2030, Moscow plans to boost recruitment from India, marking a shift in economic collaboration between the two nations. As Russia and India explore new dimensions of economic cooperation ahead of their leaders’ meeting in New Delhi next month, the issue of workforce mobility has emerged as a central theme among policymakers, experts, and business circles. https://www.rt.com/india/627560-russia-india-labor-mobility/

In this post we intend to show how the Davison Relationship Chart between Russia and India can actually speaks about the possibility of a large Indian workforce migrating to Russia.

The Davison Relationship Chart (DRC) is a synastry technique developed by astrologer Ronald C. Davison in the 1960s and 1970s. Unlike the Composite Chart, which creates an artificial midpoint of planetary positions, the Davison Chart is constructed using the midpoint in time and space between two  birth data (dates, times, and locations). This results in a "real" natal chart for the relationship itself, with an actual date, time, and geographic coordinates—often described as the "birthday" of the partnership. This makes it feel more tangible and event-oriented, as if the relationship has its own independent astrological identity.

Since the Davison Chart functions as a true natal chart, predictive techniques like transits and progressions are applied directly to it, just as with any radix (natal) chart. This allows astrologers to forecast how external energies or internal developments affect the relationship over time. Transits provide short-term triggers, while progressions reveal long-term maturation. (Solar arcs can also be used similarly for directional insights.)

Presented here is the Davison Relationship Chart for Russia [1] and India [2]. Currently the most important progression is that of progressed Sun [22sag39] making a sesquisquare aspect to radix Saturn [6ta12] while conjunct asteroid Odysseus [21 sa 9] (long journeys).

The Sabian symbol of the progressed Sun is:

PHASE 263 (SAGITTARIUS 23°): A GROUP OF IMMIGRANTS AS THEY FULFILL THE REQUIRMENTS OF ENTRANCE INTO THE NEW COUNTRY.

And finally here is the DRC solar return (precession cotrected) . A very prominent Jupiter-Sun-Pluto T-square aligns with the angles.

The 2025–2026 Davison Relationship Chart (DRC) Solar Return for Russia–India (precession-corrected, cast for October 20, 2025, 02:27:50 GMT) is a textbook activation of collective labor mobility, mass-scale planning, and migratory transformation — and the chart confirms it from every angle.

Let’s break it down layer by layer, with Ebertin, fixed stars, solar return dynamics, and the ongoing news cycle all converging on one theme: the organized, large-scale movement of people for economic destiny.

(a)  The T-Square: Jupiter–Sun–Pluto on the Angles. Jupiter (24° Cancer) → Sun (26° Libra) → Pluto (1° Aquarius) → Angles.

This is not a subtle configuration — it’s a cardinal T-square dominating the solar return wheel, with:Jupiter in Cancer (exalted, on the MC).

This is the signature of a year where the relationship redefines itself through massive, transformative, and organized expansion — especially in partnerships (Sun in Libra), public policy (Jupiter in 10th). Ebertin’s Interpretation: Jupiter–Pluto = "Organizers of Large-Scale Projects". "The ability to exploit every situation to the full… great powers of organization… the pursuit of large-scale projects… influence over the masses." — Reinhold Ebertin, Combination of Stellar Influences

When this aspect touches the Nodal Axis (as it does here — Jupiter trine North Node at 28° Pisces, Pluto sextile South Node), Ebertin adds:"Affecting the masses… social integration… large groups of people moving toward a common goal."

(b) This is Russia and India engineering a human pipeline — and the solar return says: "This year, it becomes official, public, and irreversible." (b) Jupiter in Cancer Conjunct Procyon (25°47' Cancer) Procyon = "The Star of Crossing the Waters" ... travel and migration echoing the progressed Sun Sabian.

Jupiter = overreach? Or breakthrough? This is not just labor import — this is a demographic experiment, a social engineering project, a 21st-century Silk Road of human capital.

Pluto = Death/rebirth → Russia’s dying industrial base reborn via Indian talent

The Nodes: North Node in Pisces (3rd House) — Trine Jupiter. North Node in Pisces = spiritual destiny, compassion, dissolution of borders.

The Russia–India DRC isn’t just predicting migration — it’s orchestrating it.
