A few astrologers and researchers have touched on relational dynamics between Russia and the European Union (or broader Europe/NATO) through composite, synastry, or progressed techniques. The "belligerent drunk" is a stereotype--. The idea here combines addiction with action on behalf of SELF interests. So, yep, you may see more than your share of folks who are neck deep in denial while they're amazingly self-preoccupied (and seem to hardly notice others and what's happening with them.) Do expect to register The Little King Syndrome in a number of others...and to see lots of immaturity and a nearly adolescent disregard for consequences. But also watch for scenarios where people DO THINGS ( start things, have tunnel vision) AS A WAY OF NOT dealing with their emotional realities.

And finally here is the chart for the upcoming (already active) Mars [25sa15] square Saturn [25pi15] drawn for Brussels (EU) which aligns the square sharply with the angles. With Saturn conjunct Neptune we can read this as a “frustrated” attack on on oil tanker.
The Mars-Saturn square already building orb since late November—signals blocked actions, enforced delays, and crystallized frustrations, amplified by Neptune's foggy idealism or deception leading to a "frustrated" attack on an oil tanker, given Neptune's rulership over oil, seas, and illusions; Saturn's restrictions on energy flows; and Mars' aggressive impulses clashing against them.
