Explosion at Spokane blows hand off

An explosion from a firecracker inside a moving Jeep blew off the driver’s hand early Saturday and scattered debris over half a block, prompting initial fears over the man’s intent, police and neighbors said. Witnesses saw a flash of light from inside the vehicle, a red Jeep with a gray top, as it drove down a residential street in north Spokane, police said. [1]

One of the most important charts for  predictions during the year is the Capsolar – the chart for the Sun’s entry into Capricorn. This chart can be progressed by the solar quotidian method as well as the PSSR method. Here is the Capsolar at Spokane progressed to  Saturday, 25 January by the PSSR method. Notice the progressed Ascendant [7a531] has arrived to the conjunction of Uranus [8ar36] which is part of  violent  Grand Cross with Mars and Pluto.  A Mars-Uranus combination is typical of accidents and explosions [2]. But more interesting is the conjunction of Uranus and the Ascendant to omicron Andromedae, in the chained right hand of the Princess!
