Full Moon and the Quebec Old Age Home fire

Tchang-Jin – the Very Old People

Police say eight people are dead and another 24 are missing after a fire at a seniors’ residence (old age home)  in Quebec. Quebec Provincial Police Lt. Guy Lapointe at a Saturday news conference lowered the number of missing from about 30 to 24 based on more detailed information. All of the missing are presumed dead after a massive blaze swept through the three-story building in L’Isle-Verte northeast of Quebec City early Thursday.

Lunations (New Moons and Full Moons) that align with the meridian or horizon axis are significant for a place. If they also fall on stars that have a recorded history of fires those places are likely to have fire related events. The chart above shows the last Full Moon at L’Isle-Verte. Notice that it is not only aligned with the meridian axis but square Mars on the Ascendant – a planet associated with accidents and fires.

Diana Rosenberg [1] lists the following fires associated with Procyon [25cn51] and other stars conjunct the Moon [25cn].

In 1935 the passenger liner Morro Castle, running in a fog and gale caught fire off Atlantic City, NJ, 134 passengers burned to death; in 1942 the Cocoanut Grove nightclub fire in Boston, MA killed 492; in 1944 at Port Chicago, CA munitions ships exploded with a force of 5000 tons of TNT vaporising 320 men; in 1960 a Guatemala City insane asylum fire killed 225; in 1992 Windsor Castle was severely damaged by fire; in 1993 the Branch Davidian Cult fire in Waco TX killed 88. This was the 1987 Aries Ingress Ascendant at Mohe, Manchuria preceding the Great Black Dragon Fire, an accidental spill of gasoline caused the worst forest fire in 300 years destroying vast stretches of prime timber land in China and Russia.

If we care to look at Full Moon chart in the Draconic zodiac we find the Sun [22ge]
conjunct alpha Phact [22ge23] which was part of an ancient Chinese asterism Tchang-Jin, [2] the Very Old People – the retired servants of the state – a clear reference to the Old Age Home where the fire broke out!

Finally, at 12:35 am on Thu, 23 Jan – the time reported for the fire – Moon [21li] and Mars [20li] are conjunct the Ascendant of the Full moon chart!!
