Rare 'night shining' clouds seen

A rare cloud formation has been spotted in the night sky above the North Yorkshire town of Scarborough. Noctilucent clouds are caused by sunlight shining on ice crystals 50 miles (80km) above the earth's surface, according to BBC Look North's weatherman Paul Hudson. He said they are the highest clouds to be seen in the atmosphere and tend to occur in summer. Noctilucent designates a cloud that appears luminescent at night. July 7, BBC http://bbc.in/1xLEZsO

The following extract from James Eshelman’s  book “Sidereal Mundane Astrology” explains the importance of the Cancer Ingress chart.

Sidereal solar and lunar cardinal ingresses are the foundation techniques of Sidereal
mundane astrology. Their influence is distinguished for a given location by planetary
contact with their angles for that location.
1. Capricorn ingresses are the “master charts” of the year (Capsolar) and month (Caplunar).
a. Next in importance are the Cancer ingresses.
b. Least important are the Aries and Libra ingresses, except within their immediate
quarters.

Shown here is the current sidereal Cancer Ingress progressed by the solar quotidian method to July 7, the date of the news. Notice Neptune on the descendant part of a Grand Trine with the TNP Poseidon.

The keywords for Neptune and Poseidon are given below.

POSEIDON: Uplifting people/ideas; psychic vibrations; persuasion; intellectual or spiritual influences; ideological or moral stances; spread of ideas; advertising; interest in business practices/ethics; inspiration; religion; mediums; clarity; enlightenment; receptivity to The Force; reactions to the media; windows, mirrors, refraction of light. [1]

NEPTUNE: illusions; make-believe; mirage; attunement to Other Worlds.

Combining the highlighted keywords we have “refraction of light produces an illusion”

The chart for the First Quarter Moon at Scarborough (July 5) anchors the Grand Trine containing Neptune and the TNP Poseidon to the MC further confirming  the reason behind the unusual phenomena!
