Man dies charging iPhone while in the bath

A man was electrocuted as he charged his mobile phone while in the bath, an inquest has heard. Richard Bull, 32, died when his iPhone charger made contact with the water at his home in Ealing, west London. A coroner ruled his death was accidental and plans to send a report to Apple about taking action to prevent future deaths. Safety campaigners have warned about the dangers of charging mobiles near water following the inquest. Mr Bull is believed to have plugged his charger into an extension cord from the hallway and rested it on his chest while using the phone, the Sun reports. He suffered severe burns on his chest, arm and hand when the charger touched the water and died on 11 December, the newspaper said. Assistant coroner Dr Sean Cummings, who conducted the inquest at West London Coroner's Court on Wednesday (Mar.15), is to write a prevention of future death report to send to Apple.  March 17

The coroners report was released on March 15, just three days after a Mercury-Saturn completed an exact square on Sunday, March 12. A chart for the mundane event drawn for London is shown here. Notice that Mercury-Saturn along with the near Full Moon aligns with the meridian.

Here Mercury is the ruler of the 3rd house which among other things rules telephones [1]. Opposite Mercury and close to the IC are the asteroids Lacrimosa and Requiem both of which rule death. Shifting our attention to the Uranus-Pluto-Zeus-Jupiter T-square that straddles the horizon we can home in to the cause of the death. Ebertin includes “accidents” as one of the keywords under Uranus-Pluto. But we also know that Uranus rules electricity and the TNP Zeus is linked to fires so that the cause of the death was an electrical fire. However, the picture is not complete without including the asteroid Atlantis that is conjunct the Ascendant. For Atlantis, Martha Wescott has “water related disasters”[2].
