With
his first meeting with North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un behind him, President
Donald Trump is turning his attention to the possibility of another marquee
summit: with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Moscow and Washington are
"exploring" the possibility of a meeting between the two leaders,
according to US officials and a Russian media report. CNN
In this blogpost we will study the progressed synastry
between the charts of Putin [7 Oct. 1952; 12:39 pm; St. Petersburg] and Trump
[14 Jun 1946; 10:54 am; Jamaica; NY].
The first and most important
progression is Putin’s solar arc Sun
[21sa] conjunct Trump’s radix Moon [21sa].
To provide meaning for this powerful conjunction we look at
the stars that form the backdrop. The primary star here is Rasalhague. Alpha
(α) Ophiuchus, Ras Alhague, is a sapphire star on the head of the Snake Charmer
or Healer.
Ophiuchus is shown standing over the Scorpion. Healing,
mending, revivifying and fixing the ills of society are the greatest potential
of this star. These people are willing
to go head-to-head with powers-that-be over social injustices. His right foot
(Theta Ophiuchus) conjoins the sting of the Scorpion, Lesath, marking the end
of sidereal Scorpio. The Scorpion’s sting symbolizes the destructive
experiences that must be faced by those who wish to heal or reform. Together,
these stars articulate the capacity to transmute life’s destructive experiences
into true personal power.
Symbolically, the description of Ophiuchus and Ras Alhague
explains the task confronting Trump and Putin. The Deep State trying to prevent a meeting
between the two is the Scorpion that
Ophiuchus must crush under his feet to accomplish the healing of society.
The second synastry is Trump’s progressed Sun [2vi]
exactly semi-square to Putin’s Saturn [17li] and Uranus [18cn]. With the
upcoming July solar eclipse [20cn] conjunct Putin’s Uranus, we have a powerful push
activating this combination. As explained in previous posts, the eclipse is
positioned in the Indian lunar Mansion Punarvasu - “Return of the Light ” or “Brothers re-united” or “ The Return of Good Times”.
Digressing a bit, the Sabian symbol for Putin’s Saturn

When individuals try
to reform an established order they may be punished by that order. For individuals the challenge is how to make
their transforming vision acceptable to society. The fact that two men are
under arrest suggests a polarization and a purpose transcending a mere fit of
recklessness. Negative as the image may seem, one may see implied in it the
power in every individual to assume social risks in order to express his

This symbol quite appropriately tells us that Trump and
Putin need to take the risks required to challenge the existing order and
transform it with their new vision.
