Astrology of the Kim-Putin summit

Kim is in Russia for a summit with Putin on regional peace and security — something he said depends ultimately on the future attitude shown by Washington, KCNA reported. Apr. 25 https://sptnkne.ws/mrtp

Eclipses continue to affect events long after they are gone. This is particularly true in places where they fall prominently on the horizon or meridian axes.  The Total Lunar Eclipse of July 27, 2018 aligned with the horizon at Vladivostok. Eclipses offer a time to resynchronize our selves with the ever-changing cosmic currents supporting our evolutionary progression in consciousness. They tend to bring about endings and new beginnings.

The Full Moon eclipse of July 27 represents a culmination or fulfillment of the seed idea contained in the New Moon solar eclipse of July 13, 2018 which fell amongst the stars of the Gemini Twins opposite Pluto.

Gemini  is about linking and uniting, bringing together the expertise of others to help accomplish what we cannot by our own efforts alone (Kim meeting Putin!).  It emphasizes public relations, negotiations, and the coordination and exchange of resources and information between individuals and groups, and the planning of more encompassing joint ventures. The eclipse inspires a fresh start in this effort. With Pluto opposite, the eclipse asks us to dismantle and strip away behavioral patterns that impede the manifestation of a new world paradigm.

The Full Moon conjoins retrograde Mars and the South Node (Ketu). The Mars-Ketu conjunction brings emphasis to established tendencies regarding the use of our creative initiative and the use of power in the world. In this area of Capricorn and under the auspices of Altair and conjoining stars, it especially brings emphasis to redefining militaristic strategies. This applies to all of the Mars-Ketu conjunctions and the entire retrograde cycle. Since the Mars-Ketu conjunction brings emphasis to these past patterns, we may also see an intensification of their expression in the world. It is important to be attentive to our personal past tendencies surfacing and to do the inner work to transform them.

So if  the Full Moon eclipse is pushing nations  to  tone down confrontationist and war like behavior and to co-operate with others to find solutions, we would expect its energy to be active  on  April 25, the very day Kim and Putin met in Vladivostok. And indeed that is true. If we progress the eclipse chart to April 25, the eclipse Grand Cross aligns with the horizon implying that it energy was being released in Vladivostok on that day!
