former Congolese rebel leader has been found guilty of war crimes and crimes
against humanity. Fighters loyal to Bosco Ntaganda carried out gruesome
massacres of civilians, said judges at the International Criminal Court (ICC). Ntaganda,
nicknamed "Terminator", was convicted on 18 counts including murder,

Elwell has defined the term multicongruence as the tendency for certain things and
conditions to co-occur because they belong together at a higher, unmanifest
level. He points out that we are conditioned not to attach too much
significance to coincidences that occur. However, anybody who follows the news
carefully will not fail to notice that sometimes there is a run of “similar”
events.
The two news items above are examples of “similar” events. How
so? Well, just look at the charts for the First Quarter Moon of July 9 at New
York (Case 1) and Kinshasa (Case 2). In each case, the Quarter Moon highlights the
Saturn-Pluto-South Node conjunction by aligning the T-square with the angles.
The Saturn–Pluto cycle occurs roughly every 33 to 38 years,
varying according to Pluto’s highly elliptical orbit. In its purest form, this
cycle is one of the highest tests of integrity and morality for those in
authority. Saturn–Pluto reflects a lesson about the right use of power, so this
cycle is also associated with corruption and abuse through disregard of moral standards. Sooner or
later, corruption is exposed, for Saturn represents the karmic consequences of
misaligned actions; however, “later” is more often the case, because exposing
corruption can take time.
Finally, a stunning piece of detail is also revealed. The
Moon which forms the apex of T-square is conjunct the asteroids Eros
(sex) and Child (young person). With Pluto, this has an obvious connection to
pedophilia (Case 1) and the misuse of power over children (Case 2). Recall the
ancient Greek myth of the Rape of Persephone [1].

News of Epstein’s suicide comes
just as Uranus stations to go retrograde. At New York, the chart for the
station has Saturn-Pluto placed very significantly on the MC. The meaning of
this combination is discussed above. To this we add Steven Forrest’s key phrase
for Saturn-Pluto – “getting what you deserve”.
To go a little further we examine
the stars that form the backdrop to Uranus.
Here we have the stars of the Ram, King, Andromeda and the Sea Monster. The Sea
Monster represents the unrefined urges of the human psyche. The Ram and the
King combine to produce powerful leaders who can be ruthless in their drive for
success. Under the dark, brooding influence of the Sea Monster and the
entrapment theme of the chained woman Andromeda, the overly sensual and violent
side of this energy can gain an upper hand. With their headstrong insistence
and impulsive, impatient inner drive many here can be “riding for a fall”.
Therefore, it is no surprise that
with Uranus station bringing Saturn-Pluto to the MC at New York, we have an
example of the fall of Epstein.
