lying in a crisis over a security pact that saw Canberra scrap a contract to
buy French submarines in favour of American vessels. "There has been

France’s anger at the scuttling of the submarine deal was dealt with in a previous post [1]. Here we will simply look at the Full Moon chart drawn for Paris. Properly understood it is confirming the deception that France has faced. How so? Well for one thing the Full Moon is significant for Paris since it aligns with the meridian.
