Full Moon at Paris and French anger over submarine deal

PARIS (AFP) - France on Saturday (Sept 18) accused Australia and the United States of lying in a crisis over a security pact that saw Canberra scrap a contract to buy French submarines in favour of American vessels. "There has been lying, duplicity, a major breach of trust and contempt," French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian told France 2 television. "This will not do." https://bit.ly/3lJw5Mv

France’s anger at the scuttling of the submarine deal was dealt with in a previous post [1]. Here we will simply look at the Full Moon chart drawn for Paris. Properly understood it is confirming the deception that France has faced. How so? Well for one thing the Full Moon is significant for Paris since it aligns with the meridian.  Moreover, Sun-Mars on the IC oppose  Moon-Neptune on the MC. About the Mars-Neptune opposition, astrologer Sarah Cochrane writes:

A lot of patience and attention will have to be paid to all the essential information in matters that have to be revised due to confusion or a lack of clarity in communication. Deception at this time can be a cause of anxiety, especially if you have a tendency to criticise yourself too harshly in how you respond if you interact with those who are dishonest. https://bit.ly/3EAvBRx

Additional information comes from TNP Cupido [1cp57] and Uranus [14ta23] that form hard aspects to the Neptune - Full Moon. Cupido-Uranus-Neptune can simply be “disappointments or deception cause ruptures in partnerships”.  And in addition let us remember when Mars – the god of war combines with Neptune – the lord of the sea, we are also looking at a warship or a submarine!

Finally, the Sabian symbol of the TNP Cupido is very revealing:

PHASE 272 (CAPRICORN 2°): THREE ROSE WINDOWS IN A GOTHIC CHURCH, ONE DAMAGED BY WAR.

KEYNOTE: The necessary realization by any individual making a violent use of collective power that it will lead to the inevitable destruction of some of the values ensuring group-integration.
