German Regulators Suspend Nord Stream 2 Approval

 

European natural gas prices surged as much as 12% Tuesday after Germany's energy regulator unexpectedly suspended a key step in the approval process for the Nord Stream 2 pipeline. According to Bloomberg, the Federal Network Agency halted the Nord Stream certification process necessary to pump natgas directly from Russia into Germany. It was initially expected the certification would've been completed in early 2022, but that now appears to be unlikely. Nov. 16

 In mundane astrology, the cardinal ingresses of the Sun (entry into the  four cardinal signs/ constellations, i.e. 00 deg of Aries, Cancer, Libra, and Capricorn ) have a traditional reputation as important mundane events. Of these the Capricorn Ingress chart is considered by many astrologers to be the most important and often referred to as the “Annual Chart”. The ingress charts are so  impressive that their progressions  can mark important events during the year.

Presented here is the sidereal Capricorn Ingress chart drawn for Berlin.  Notice the significant alignment of a Grand Cross with the meridian. The important energies colliding in this Cross are, so to speak, the positive and change oriented forces of Mars-Uranus-Jupiter against the restrictive, manipulative and controlling Saturn-Pluto energies. 

Saturn–Pluto reflects a lesson about the right use of power, so is also associated with corruption and abuse.  For example, a Saturn–Pluto cycle commenced in 1947, soon after World War II ended; Germany and Japan lost military influence and dominance. Misuse of power  was exposed, for Saturn represents the karmic consequences of misaligned actions; however, “later” is more often the case, because exposing corruption can take time.

Martha Wescott describes the dynamics thus:

To see situations that are increasingly difficult – people are “between a rock and a hard place” and it is not entirely within their control to change the situation; to feel “a dark cloud” over new ventures and a desire for innovation; to do sustained  hard work with new technology; to finally see breakthroughs (or unexpected developments (sometimes  breakdowns) in a long term problematic situation.

So this then is energy struggling for release and manifestation in the Grand Cross.  The outcome is never predictable…as Martha Wescott explains it can be a breakthrough or a breakdown. The next question: when is it likely to manifest as an event. Well, the answer to that, as all regular readers know, is when the progressed angles re-align with the Grand Cross. And sure enough that is exactly what is happening on Nov. 16  at Berlin, when the  Federal Network Agency halted the Nord Stream certification

Finally don’t forget to notice the TNP Apollon – Neptune anchored to the Grand Cross. Apollon among other things is “business and commerce” while Neptune is “gas” so that we are looking at the “business of gas”.
