Her radix T-square of Mars-Saturn-Jupiter-Neptune that aligns very significantly with the meridian is triggered primarily by Mars moving to an opposition to radix Saturn. This is a combination often associated with death. For Mars/Saturn, Ebertin has:

Harmful or destructive energy; inhibited or destroyed vitality.

The May 16th lunar eclipse [25sc] fell on the Queen’s MC triggering the Mars-Saturn progressed opposition. Not only that, drawn for London, the eclipse was prominently aligned with the horizon forming a T-square with Saturn.

Finally the chart for lowering of the flag, formally marking the death of the monarch, has Saturn rising square Uranus. The Uranus-Saturn square indicates the end of an old order.
