RAGE at anti-motorist schemes is spreading, with London’s Ulez cameras vandalised and removed, and other cities’ low-traffic neighbourhoods sabotaged. A group dubbed the Blade Runners claims to have snipped cables to Ulez “spies” in the capital and taken them as trophies.

Many events can be explained using a well timed national chart. In the chart for the United Kingdom [Jan. 1, 1801; 0:00 hrs LMT; London], Mercury [17sa] is placed in the third house (roads) conjunct the asteroids Photographica [15sa] and Ophelia [18sa]
To these entities, the solar arc progressed Sun [18le] and MC [17aq] form a trine and sextile respectively providing a progressed trigger. As the news reaches us, transit Mars [14vi] begins a square aspect to Mercury - Photographica - Ophelia.
Martha Wescott [1] provides the following interpretation:
Ophelia/Photographica
Photographs can have such a powerful and poignant impact that people react too strongly (and detrimentally) to them. On another level, visual imagery and memory can carry such a psychological wallop that some people are driven to destructive reactivity.
Using the Uranian astrology, 90 degree midpoint sort we have:
Mercury = Uranus/Pluto
Uranus/Pluto: unexpected reactions based on resentments; vindictive reaction based on demand for freedom.
