In Russia’s chart [25 Dec. 1991; 17:20 UT; Moscow], Uranus has been transiting opposite radix Pluto [21sc] which makes a sharp square to the horizon axis [1st -7th house cusps]. In a previous post [1], I wrote:
Transit Uranus opposite Russia’s radix Pluto is a long term transit. So what happened today to set it into motion. Well for one thing transit Mars [20le] conjoined Russia’s Ascendant [21le] and triggered the combination. In a strange coincidence it was also conjunct Wagner group chief Evgeny Prigozhin’s radix Uranus [22le]. His birthdata is 1st June 1961 so that he becomes the rebel or the catalyst for the change or rupture.
In June it was the Mars transit over Russia’s Ascendant and Prigozhin’s radix Uranus [22le], now it is the New Moon [23le] and the Uranus station[23ta] that is triggering the same combination. Here are the charts for the New Moon and the Uranus station at Moscow. Notice how powerful these charts are with their alignments to the meridian.
In both the charts Uranus is opposite the stars sigma Herculis, Men, alpha Lupi (the Beast) and Agena, beta Centauri.
Diana Rosenberg writes:
Symbolically, the centaur; half man, half horse represents the danger of domination by baser influences, instincts, the unconscious uncontrolled by the spirit. The man-beast combination illustrates the conflict between man’s lower animal nature merged with his higher nature of human virtue and judgement, the struggle between the savage and the benign. In the picture above notice that the centaur is shown carrying a spear that impales a wolf (Lupus). Also shown is the altar where the wolf is (should be?) sacrificed. The wolf – a despoiler of flocks, rapacious, cruel, crafty and bloodthirsty – has long been a symbol of evil. The Centaur impaling the wolf and subsequently sacrificing it on the altar alludes to the aspect of the Centaur as a punisher of the crimes of the animal half.
And more specifically for the stars sigma Herculis, Men, alpha Lupi (the Beast) and Agena, beta Centauri:

They have an inner sense of kinship with the cruelty and savagery of wild beasts...Capable of stubborn gallantry and courage against great odds, they do not necessarily follow the crowd, wilful, rash, headstrong, self-indulgent, they do things their way, and the defiant, daredevil nature of Hercules may lead them to unwise, careless, even reckless speculation and (sometimes) its comeuppance.
Whether the Russian military or the CIA assassinated Prigozhin we will never know. But one thing is certain, our own karma invites events that cause our death. In passing we note that Prigozhin’s tertiary progressed Sun [19vi] was opposite his radix Orpheus [19pi] (death), with both triggered by the Mercury station [21vi] yesterday!
